It may seem weird to review a cookbook, and normally I don’t.However I wanted to point out the things I really enjoy about this book and share some recipes from the book that I plan on trying.
- This book has a decent selection for a variety of diets. Low carb, keto, vegetarian, vegan..
- it lists some basic nutritional facts such as protein, carbs, calories, fats and sugars.
- Easy peasy 5 ingredient meals, soups, and desserts.
