The point of this book is self help, and to help readers realize how even as a celebrity (though I have no idea who she is) is a regular person who goes through regular things like a regular human. No surprise.
Trigger warning for eating disorder as well as suicide of a family member.
It does have some mentions of her religious but not so heavy that you feel that it’s being forced on you (we all know there is plenty of books that do that, this is NOT one of them imo, and I’m not religious at all).
I was more interested in the first 160 pages it seemed a bit more relevant to things I needed to hear but the last couple chapters or so I did skim through because they did not fit me. Mostly marrying dream celebrity, drinking alcohol, and being honest.
All in all I would probably give this book a 4/5 stars..roughly..
Happy reading
