City of Bones by Cassandra Clare *Book Review

I seriously had this up to not read. I did see the audiobook was available through my library and gave it a go. I am pleasantly surprised to say that I do like it and plan to give the rest of the series a go.

The world building and character building is decently paced I think.

I would have liked to see Jace and Clarey together honestly but not anymore. However Simon is in love with her so there is that.

When Clarey finds out who her father is , What the deal is with Lucas. what she can do that She never even dreamed since her now missing mother hid It all from her.

I rate this book 4 stars.

I the biggest twist to me i was not expecting was for Jace and Clarey to be siblings. That’s a big deal.

Im hoping that their mom comes out of her coma and can clear up any concerns and questions.

Lucas seems like a really good father figure for both of them.
