Lilac girls by Martha Hall Kelly *book review

Historical fiction during the WWII era always has a powerful impact for me for some reason. It hits feels and opens up even the slightest possibility of what happened during that horrible time.

There are some things in this book that I see happening in today’s world and it is scary to think history could repeat itself if we don’t learn from our past. How could something so horrible happen again? Well, I hope it doesn’t.

4.5/5 stars.

Definitely a recommendation if this genre is one you like to read.

Happy reading
